When you connect services like Strava, Garmin, Apple Health, or COROS, we may receive workout data including GPS location, distance, time, pace, cadence, heart rate, and related statistics, based on the permissions you grant.

We do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
Limited app install and subscription events may be shared with advertising partners for campaign measurement. Health data and Apple Health data are never shared for advertising purposes.
Our service providers include: Google Cloud Platform, Render, Expo Application Services, Apple, Intercom, PostHog, Sentry, RevenueCat, Meta, Loops, and Terra.
4. Apple Health Data
Apple Health data is accessed exclusively for the purpose of providing fitness and coaching features within the app. This data is never used for advertising, marketing, or shared with data brokers.
5. Advertising and Measurement
We run advertising campaigns on platforms including Meta to promote the Toga app. In-app events such as installs, registration, and subscription activity may be shared for campaign effectiveness measurement.
We do not share health, fitness, injury, or Apple Health data with advertising partners. We do not collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).
6. Data Retention
We retain your information as necessary for service provision, account maintenance, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and agreement enforcement. Backup copies may be retained for a limited period.
7. Security
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including encryption at rest and in transit, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.
