Toga develops personalized plans using your onboarding data including goals, running volume, weekly availability, experience, and injury history. The system builds your plan progressively, with distinct phases for base building, speed development, and race preparation. You can adjust your preferences anytime and your plan will be rebuilt to reflect the changes.
Toga is for both. Whether you're running your first 5K or chasing a Boston qualifier, the platform adjusts mileage targets, progression rates, and training phases to match your experience level.
Your Toga coach considers your injury history and real-world factors like illness, travel, and weather. It adapts to real life and adjusts your plan when workouts exceed or fall short of targets — not just following a rigid template.
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all Toga features. You won't be charged during the trial period. Before it expires, you'll have the option to choose a subscription plan to continue.
You can cancel your subscription through Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, which will take you to the App Store to manage your plan.
Go to Settings → Personal Information → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all of your data.
